*Consulting Services*		Our trade publishing practice covers all facets of the business, including adult, juvenile, and mass-market books together with such components of the book distribution system as wholesalers and on-line retailers. A few of our Associates are experienced as booksellers as well. Our basic services include: strategic development, editorial review, marketing assessment, back office and supply-chain operational study, and on-line applications for publishers. We also offer a one-day strategic review for small and mid-sized trade publishers. *Representative Moseley Assignments*		Over the past 30 years, Moseley Associates has advised almost every adult and trade juvenile publisher on one issue or another. Here are a few representative assignments: Assessed plans (hardware and software) for upgrade of the fulfillment system of a large publisher of textbooks and trade books. Reviewed the publishing program for a major series of consumer reference books and recommended strategic improvements. Closely guided the client's subsequent search for a new publishing partner. Represented The Countryman Press in its sale to W.W. Norton, Inc. Advised a non-publisher on the development of a series of books tied in with their businesses.
